Our Titan Fibre Laser Cutting Machines are fully tested to rigorous standards at our 32,000 square feet facility in Halesowen the West Midlands.

Easy to operate
Each Titan Fibre Laser comes with easy to use controls via a windows based PC system (included) and handheld remote control pendant system. As this is a Windows based system networking, cloud storage third party apps are all integrated seamlessly.
Upgradable Power Source
The Titan T3 body is rated up-to 3kW (that can also be upgraded to run up-to a 6kW source) and comes complete with a genuine S&A Chiller (rated to 3kW), allowing for easy upgrades in the future. This means that you can grow into your purchase and save on initial cash flow that would be needed for a larger rated system.
With the powerful ability to nest sheets away from the machine Libellula.CUT takes the Titan range to the next level. With flawless integration with the Cypcut control software, running the laser is quicker and easier than ever.
Easy DXF File Loading
Utilising the powerful Cypcut control software, DXF’s can be loaded directly onto the laser with no need for a post processor and cut in seconds. For prototyping and one offs this cuts the programming time dramatically.
Saw Tooth Slat Table
The T1 base model has a generous cutting bed of bed of 1500 x 3000 mm using an industrial grade saw tooth slat bed. With models available up-to 2000 x 8000 mm, offering our customers a wide range of versatility.
Shuttle Exchange Table
For those looking for production level output, the T3 is the obvious choice boasting a shuttle exchange table. This means whilst the processed sheet is being unloaded and replaced, the laser is constantly working.
Dual Circuit Chiller
All of our Fibre lasers come as standard with a 3000 S&A chiller with dual temperature control ensuring your power source and your optics remain cool no matter what.
The wireless handheld remote has a multitude of functions including moving the head around, controlling the shutter, assist gas and much more.
Auto Focus Cutting Head
Standard on all machines, the BM111 RayTools head. This has many features including being 3KW ready, built in capacitance height sensor and auto focus making it effortless to transition between cutting different materials.
Japanese Yaskawa Servo drive closed loop motors are used for high speed, and clinical positional accuracy.
Underneath the machine is an array of scrap trays They have wheels and a handle so can be pulled by a single person to your scrap metal bin.
All T3 Fibre laser cutters and above come with our excellent 24 months parts & labour warranty (does not include consumables).

Fibre laser light energy is created by banks of diodes. The light is transferred through special fibre optic cable, an efficient energy transfer compared to conventional methods. The light, upon exiting the fibre cable, is then collimated (straightened) as it approaches the focus lens – which intensifies the beam enabling it to cut through the material with astonishing speed and accuracy.
A. Superb quality of laser beam, constant BPP within all the ranges of laser powers,so that long focus can still achieve an extremely small beam width.
B. electro-optical conversion efficiency of laser supply is 25% more efficient than CO2, therefore electricity consumption is drastically reduced.
C. Laser is transmitted by fiber optic cables, almost no energy loss during transmission to cutting head.
D. Modular design, allows easy assembly and beam alignment is minimal due to fibre optic transfer (No Mirrors). In addition, auto lube traverse systems minimize maintenance procedures.
E. Life span of Laser source is approximately 100,000 hours.
Raytools cutting head with high-performance non-contact capacitive height sensor is used and is designed to withstand high ‘gas assist’ pressures. The proven lens cartridge change system makes switching lenses for different materials or applications fast & simple. A. High cutting speed with the best cutting quality B. Quick change-over between three focal lengths without changing the TCP (Tool Centre Point) C. Protective window (lens) can be replaced as a consumable part, to extend the life of the focusing lens.
The machine body is a monobloc frame structure. The machine’s inertia remains the same for all material thicknesses and sizes to be cut, which gives optimum quality of the laser beam at the cutting head as well as its movement and accuracy. The compactness and robustness of this monobloc structure guarantees an optimum rigidity and stability. The machine frame incorporates collector trays on wheels (situated under
the cutting table) for removal of scrap and small components falling through the table grids

B. Each PA CNC Systems is equipped with the HMI (Human Machine Interface). With this open, browser based all important control functions are clearly represented to the operator, so it will work within shortest training time efficiently and safely with the CNC system.
C. The CNC Systems are equipped with high-speed processors to accomplish an extremely fast ‘Block Throughput”. Highly accurate contours with very small NC blocks can be processed without any loss of speed. therefore, the machine always reaches the highest productivity.
