Although our reach is far and wide we operate our core business from within the UK. We stock all machinery here, in our 32,000-square-foot facility, including a vast parts catalogue alongside our UK demo facility in Halesowen. We also have a large demo facility and warehouse in Ireland to cater for our customers in both the Southern and Northern parts of the country.

As our headquarters is in the Midlands we are in a prime location to service the whole country, with our own network of Mantech Engineers, from installation to service, we are always here to help. With over 40 members of staff in the UK alone, Mantech is primed to assist your business needs and support you when needed.

We operate an online ticketing system that is accessible 24hrs. All of your tickets are stored and delivered to a centralised service desk. Our team of service technicians will then deal with your ticket in the fastest most efficient way. You can open and close tickets (even reopen if needed) using our easy to use online system.

All of our machines are covered by comprehensive UK warranty for full piece of mind. We hold a vast amount of parts stock for our range of machinery, we even have a dedicated site to the purchase of parts and consumables ranging from new cutters for CNC routers to full power sources for our range of Fibre Lasers.
