About Lasertech Pro Range CO2 Laser Cutters
Our pro-grade, Lasertech range of CO2 laser machines is our most popular range of lasers. Free standing and come in a variety of bigger bed sizes that will add certain value to any business looking to integrate a laser machine into their tool-set. Because our Pro range lasers come with larger cutting areas and the option to add larger more powerful laser tubes from 80W to 120W, the thickness and speeds at which you can cut are greater than their smaller desktop versions. Our Laser Machines are used in a huge range of sectors and applications.

80W RECI Laser Tubes
As standard on all of our Pro range lasers, we include genuine internationally renowned RECI laser tubes. As we are the UK’s main RECI dealer we also hold plenty of stock/spares. Upgrades to a higher-powered tube available.
Motorised Z Height Adjust
This allows you to process thicker items in your pro range laser cutter. Perfect for engraving trinkets and blanks that you can personalise with ease.
Honeycomb & Low Contact Work Table
Honeycomb cutting bed, perfect for stopping small intricate items from falling through. As standard, the Pro models also come with our low-contact blade surface and honeycomb beds.

Our 4060 laser cutter model has a bed size of 400 x 600 mm. The nearest UK paper size would be A2 (420 x 594 mm)

Do You Supply Software?
Yes, all of our Pro range lasers cutters come with impressive software called Lightburn. You can download a free trial from their website. Better software for your laser cutter than RDworks which is the usual standard with RUIDA-based control systems.
LightBurn is a layout, editing, and control software for your laser cutter. With LightBurn you can: – Import artwork in a variety of common vector graphic and image formats (including AI, PDF, SVG, DXF, PLT, PNG, JPG, GIF, and BMP) – Arrange, edit, and even create new vector shapes within the editor.
With powerful features like offsetting, boolean operations, welding, and node editing – Apply settings like power, speed, number of passes, cut order, brightness & contrast, dithering mode, and much more – Send the result directly to your laser cutter LightBurn is a native application written for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
Is Training and Delivery Included?
All of our laser cutters include our standard UK mainland delivery and include full training on your new machine and how to operate the software to send jobs to be cut or engraved.
What About Fume Extraction & Filtration Upgrades?
Yes, our Pro Lasers comes with our standard vent-to-atmosphere extraction, although this is usually ok for most customers. Fume extraction is an important part of owning a laser cutter and each customer’s needs vary. Our options such as Purex & BOFA offer our customers an alternative option to our standard vent-to-atmosphere systems. These are particularly useful when used in the home, office or educational environment. Ask for details.
These self contained filtration upgrades connect directly to the laser and enable the user to vent cutting vapour in to the unit without the need for an external vent to atmosphere location.

Can I Buy Acrylic Sheets From You?
You can purchase your materials from a wide range of suppliers, in fact, we also supply a selection of acrylic materials that are suitable for laser cutting over at our parts and consumables site www.mantechparts.co.uk
all cut down to the appropriate size (free of charge) for the bed size of your machine.
*Always check with your supplier if these materials are suitable for laser processing – materials such as *PVC can give off hydrochloric acid and toxic fumes, It is not advisable to try to process this or similar materials.
