We recently completed the installation of a Vector FL250 fibre laser cutter at a precision engineering facility in West Yorkshire, further strengthening our presence across the North of England.
The installation was carried out by one of our experienced fibre laser engineers, ensuring the system was commissioned efficiently, safely, and fully optimised for production from day one.

Installed Machine: Vector FL250 Fibre Laser Cutter (2kW)

For this project, the customer selected our Vector FL250 fibre laser cutter, configured with a 2kW fibre laser power source. This specification delivers an excellent balance of cutting speed, edge quality, and operational efficiency, making it ideally suited to precision engineering applications.

Cyclone Extraction System Installation

To support safe and efficient operation, the fibre laser cutter was installed alongside one of our Cyclone extraction systems. Effective fume and particulate extraction is essential in fibre laser cutting environments, particularly within precision engineering facilities where air quality and component cleanliness are critical.

Our extraction solutions are specifically designed to work in conjunction with fibre laser cutting machines, helping to protect operators, maintain a cleaner workshop, and prolong machine life.

As with all Mantech Machinery installations, this system was installed and commissioned by a dedicated fibre laser engineer with extensive experience across our fibre laser cutter range.
