Advanced Fibre Lasers – a cost-effective solution.

There are a number of different cutting technologies out their for processing sheet metal such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper etc.

However most of them are nowhere near as fast or as capable as producing intricate cuts as a fibre laser. Our range of Titan fibre laser cutters come in a variety of different options and configurations, depending upon your application.

Different applications may require a different type of power source, our main source options include Raycus, IPG and nLight. Each having their own strengths depending upon factors such as material thickness and reflective properties.

Range of bed sizes

Our Titan flat plate fibre laser machines cover bed sizes of 1500 x 3000 mm, 2000 x 4000 mm, 2000 x 6000 mm and 2000 x 8000 mm. These all come complete with a material exchange table system to enable the loading of one bed whilst the other is in the cutting chamber.

Software included

We supply software with all of our Fibre lasers such as Cypcut and or RADAN Radprofile depending upon your needs.

Machine training

Full training is given on the safe operation and machine maintenance. Ensuring you and your operator/s are fully competent in operating the fibre laser in a safe and controlled manner.
