We also hold a vast range of spare parts for all of our machines in our huge 32,000 feet warehouse in Oldbury, West Midlands.
Our team of support & field engineers are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure you get the support you need. From planned maintenance to breakdown assistance, our customers are in good hands.
Delivery & Installation information
Whilst our standard offer includes for delivery to site and installation, we can also include offloading (additional charges may apply).
We will advise you on the services required and the best location for your new piece of equipment. Our experienced engineers will then install and commission the equipment, ensure the software is operating correctly and provide operator training.
Maintenance & Emergency Call-outs
Planned, regular maintenance is key to ensuring you maximise the service life and efficiency of your equipment.
We recommend you take out a Service Plan for your equipment. Typically, these include for labour and travel costs with consumables and replacement parts being charged extra.
Clearly, parts needing replacement under warranty will be done so at no cost.
All Mantech supplied equipment comes as standard with a 1 year parts and labour guarantee.
Such is our confidence in our products, this can be extended to 3 years provided a Service Plan is taken out and remains in place for the whole of the period.
