UPDATE: I am now the proud owner of ,my Mantech, 80w Desktop CO2 Laser. Im not going to lie, there were frustrating delivery delays ( through no fault of Mantech ) and upon delivery, there were a few issues. HOWEVER, as I imagined would be the case, Mantech Staff resolved them, without question and I am super pleased with my machine. It cuts and engraves like dream, and I am now building up my product portfolio. Im loving the machine, and would highly recommend both this desktop and Mantech, the company. Could not be happierAMAZING I have to say, whilst I do not have my Mantech Laser ( desktop ) yet ( it is on order ) The service and support I have received has been absolutely amazing. A quick response to my initial enquiry, and subsequent questions, with no sales pressure. I took a couple of weeks to make a decision, after lots of research, and speaking with someone who has owned a Mantech laser for around 15 months, my mind was made up.I liaised with a lady called Tracy, via e-mail and also telephone and she could not have been more helpful, answering any query I had. Since, I have been in conversation with Lee, the Operations Director, and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of support offered by him personally. And I haven't even got my laser yet!The prices are extremely competitive, and when you break down what you actually get, you soon realise you certainly get a bang for your buck! I have nothing but praise for this company and their customer service skills are exemplary - nothing is too much trouble.So far, I would highly recommend them, and I have no reason to believe their products will not match my expectations. Mantech offered to bring 4 laser tubes to Essex via their engineer, who was in the area, at no cost but when the engineer couldn't make it they sent them via courier again, at their expense.... A great company with 5 star customer service and great prices....

I've been really impressed with my experience so far with Mantech. We've received great support through them for a CNC machine that we didn't even purchase from them - with spare parts sent quickly and a very decent service provided by their engineer, Adrian. Mantech will certainly be the first I call for any future issues we have with our machines.

I’ve worked with Mantech for a few years now, alongside the good service, the machines they offer are really good value for money and work well as you’d expect. The Lasertech range in particular are well built and you can tell they have been really invested into by ManTech so they can offer their customers a great machine for a reasonable price.

I recently bought a laser machine from Mantech in Birmingham and was very pleased with the equipment and the training day. There were a few hitches concerning the delivery but it was soon dealt with in a professional manner by Lee and all was resolved. I now have a beautiful piece of machinery and a growing business.

I recently purchased a 6090 Laser Cutting and Engraving machine from ManTech and I have to say the experience from start to finish has been exemplary. I am a hobbyist and this is my first laser machine, so clearly I had a lot of questions/concerns. The initial engagement with the sales team (Tracy, I'm looking at you!) was incredibly helpful and my questions were addressed professionally without a 'hard sell'. When I actually purchased the machine, the communication regarding shipping and delivery was also excellent (thanks, Lee)- given the logistical challenges due to Covid, the team pulled out all the stops to ensure deadlines were met. Finally, when the machine arrived, the onsite training was also excellent and really set me up to get to work immediately. I've had one issue since with the machine, caused by me messing with the settings, and the response from the after sales team resolved it immediately.I highly recommend ManTech for their great knowledge and excellent customer service, not to mention a machine of great quality. Having wanted a CNC router for about 10 years, I decided to take the plunge and after much shopping around decided on an Apollo 1530. Couldn't be happier so far, just a shame I had to wait so long before finally purchasing one! The staff have been great and helpful, have had a few minor teething issues that needed a look at since the machine was installed, but they were on hand straight away to help and everything ironed out very quickly. We have recently had a New Mantech Spartan 1325 CNC Routing machine installed and have been blown away by the quality and accuracy of it. The service provided during the sale and throughout the lead time/installation has been second to none.These CNC Routers are easily programmed from the included Vectric VCarve software. (I would recommend that you take Mantech's advice and get to grips with this software while waiting for your machine to be built, as this meant we were straight into production cutting upon the machines arrival.) We predominantly use SketchUp design software and the integration between this and VCarve is very simple.Having now been successfully cutting with the machine for about a week now, I would have no hesitation in recommending Mantech UK.

We've just bought one of these great machines and wow, it's an amazing laser cutter! Well built, precise and easy to use. Great team of people to help too. The cheaper laser cutters have their place, but if you want longevity and the ease of parts and tech support, Mantech is your port of call. Midlands based too so you're supporting a local, UK based business for added peace of mind! Can't rate them highly enough.
