I was fortunate to get a lengthy visit where they managed to solve lots of little problems we've been having, great service.

The engineer that came to install our laser cutter at a school was fantastic, really knowledgeable and also worked around our busy school and helped to coordinate all the people that needed to be involved.

Superb Service from start to finish from Mantech UK Ltd. I had been wanting to buy a CNC machine for a while and decide to finally take the plunge. I did my research into various companies for the type of CNC machine I wanted and was impressed with the reviews about Mantech and the fact that they have been around a good few years now. From the initial phone call and visit up to their impressive factory to have a demo of the machine, to the installation day, nothing was too much trouble. The installation at our factory was a tad tight for access into the room so they had to remove the motors and shrouds before delivery, again not a problem for them, they were more than happy to accommodate. Turnaround time from deposit to delivery was quick considering the Christmas break as well. The engineer that set up the machine was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we had whilst he was doing the install. The training he gave on the day was clear and straight forward (although we did forget a couple of steps when we tried to get it doing a test run the next day !!). A quick call back to Mantech and Aaron, who was my original contact, ran me through the steps again and the machine was up and running in a matter of minutes. The machine has only been in for a week, so its early days, but so far all fine and cutting away. Overall, I have been impressed with the service and the quality of the machine at the price level it is and the extra security of a 12-month warranty as well. Just like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at mantech. We have just opened a new camper van conversion company and took the decision to buy a mantech spartan atc. After having no previous experience working with cnc machines and no idea where to go a quick phone call with Aaron put me at ease that I had come to the right place and walked me through everything I needed to know. I was then dealing with Kristian and Lee who have been super helpful answering any questions and queries that Iv had along the way and kept me up to date with progress from the purchase date right up to delivery. The machine was delivered and we were then joined by Ade who commissioned the machine and then got to work training us He was a super nice guy and extremely help full, he teaches in a very easy to understand way which was great for us using the machine and software for the first ever time. He had plenty of patience and we was up to speed in no time. We are super impressed with the quality of the machine and the work it can produce! Extremely happy customers and would highly recommend to anyone.Many thanks ?

We have been using our CNC machine from Mantech for approximately 8 years and most of that time it runs constantly across two shifts. The machine has proved reliable and the customer support from Mantech has been excellent.

Just organised a spartan router for the school I work at, after the initial sales rep had to answer so many questions to satisfy health and safety, it was eventually ordered !! lee moss was great to deal with organising the dismantling of the bridge, and sending the engineer at a time scale that suited us always answered an email nearly 24 hours a day. Having purchased my own router earlier this year, we were lucky enough to get Adrian the engineer again to rebuild and set up schools machine. Fantastic ambassador for the company, knows his way around the engineering set up, and good understanding of the software to inspire you to learn more from the hundreds of Vectric online tutorials. Good all round good product and service for the price.

Why would you consider anywhere else? Fantastic customer service even replying to my questions all times of the day. Engineer came and installed the laser and everything else. Shown me how to use it and your off straight away. Highly recommended and I'll be going back when I need an upgrade.Update: Basically I had a fault with the extraction system on my laser but I have to say a massive thank you to Lee and the guys at @mantech_uk for sending out a replacement so quickly. Customer service at its finest and I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking to invest in a laser cutter / engraver.

I purchased my machine in September after having some issues with another company and I really wish I had just gone with ManTech first. their service has been amazing, delivery was quick from when I ordered, and I have had a couple of issues which they have been brilliant at sorting either coming down from Birmingham to sort it for me or sending me out the parts. I would certainly recommend their service and the machines, and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

Fantastic equipment from a fantastic company! Our university workshop laser unit is over a decade old and is still in perfect working order, despite working at full capacity every day. We were so pleased with Mantech that we recently decided to buy another unit. The Mantech team is spectacular - they are skilled, professional and very knowledgable. I’ve learned so much from the engineers, that I was actually able to do some of the maintenance/fixes myself. I highly recommend Mantech not only for their amazing machines, but also for the service they provide.

Every business should take a leaf out of Mantech’s book where Customer Service is concerned. There is a never an issue too big or too small for them to help out with. Coming from a compete laser beginner this has been invaluable to me. They have taught me so much. I absolutely love my machine. Thanks guys!
